My Fashion Rules/Quirks
- No ultra-pointy-toed shoes for my feet. Yes, I know they were all the rage. But you know what? I don't want to look like one of Santa's Little Helpers. I have reasonably smallish feet for my height, and I'm proud of them.
- Not entirely fashion-related, but to give you a sense of who I am: I think vegans, communists, and Greens are cool, despite the fact that I am none of the above.
- No fur or crocodile/snake prints. I'm not a militant animal rights activist, and I *do* eat a lot of cows; I just don't think it's sexy to wear the skin of animals that were killed *only* for clothing. As for fake fur/etc., I don't think it's sexy to pretend to wear the skin of animals that were killed only for clothing. I don't have a problem with cow leather because I don't have a problem with eating animals, and most cow leather comes from cows that were eaten. I'm not making a moral judgement - it just doesn't appeal to me. And isn't that what personal style is all about?
